Eduplanet has developed from a solid foundation as a reputable and highly successful learning centre. Initially established in Vancouver, as the first Reading Town Academic Leaning Centre in Canada over 5 years ago, the company has grown to over 12 schools in the Greater Vancouver Area and 18 schools across Canada making us one of the leading ESL academies in our community.

One of the reasons for our continued success is our commitment to finding great teachers. As a school, we know the importance of hiring and keeping good teachers and how a single individual can make the difference between an average school and great one. In addition, we are constantly working with our teachers to find ways to improve our teaching environment for both students and staff.

Now in the business of recruiting teachers to work in Korea, we follow the same process we use to hire teachers at our school. We conduct extensive interviews to ensure our teachers are well-qualified, possess the right personality and attitude that schools are looking for.

We also want to find schools that operate at the highest standard. We won’t send our teachers to schools which are not known to us or that do not offer a positive opportunity for teachers and students. We have started this business with the intention of building an agency on quality and not quantity.

We demand a lot from our teachers, schools and ourselves. Our goal is not to send as many teachers as we can but rather to send the best teachers to the best schools. Our success as a learning academy came from our heart and passion to provide the best learning environment for our students. From that concept we have started our recruiting venture and are striving for the same success.

Eduplanet Offers

1. Eduplanet does extensive checks on all our applicants. We thoroughly review all their documentation and conduct detailed and professional interviews.

2. We also conduct reference checks on our applicants to ensure that they come from a positive background and that their experiences can used to enhance their ability in the classroom.

3. We offer efficient and dedicated service to each one of our schools and teachers. We are always ready to answer questions and comply with request that you may have.

4. We offer a 90 day guarantee for each teacher we place. If within the first 90 days of the start date listed on the contract the teacher leave for any unexpected reason then we will find a replacement at no additional cost.

5. Our school verification system allows us to indicate the reliability of the school based on our experiences with the school, comments from the teachers working there and other references.

6. Additionally, upon request we can provide additional services such as visa assistance, flight arrangements and advanced orientation.
